Montage Talent, a Delafield, Wisconsin-based provider of video interviewing solutions, has received a $3m investment.
The round was led by Baird Venture Partners (BVP), with participation from existing investors GCI and Calumet Venture Fund.
The company intends to use the funding to expand its client engagement activities, to continue to advance its technology, and support general working capital.
Founded in 2007 and led by CEO Kurt Heikkinen, Montage provides an enterprise SaaS model video technology designed to optimize the hiring process of corporate employers, staffing providers and universities.
In conjunction with the funding, Jim Pavlik, a Partner with BVP, will join the company’s board of directors.
