CiiNOW, a Mountain View, CA-based cloud compute platform developer, has raised $13m in Series A funding.
Backers include Foundation Capital, Alcatel-Lucent and a third strategic investor.
The company intends to use the funding to accelerate hiring, engineering and partnership development.
Led by CEO Ron Haberman, CiiNOW (pronounced see-now) is a white label cloud platform designed to enable game publishers, retailers and carriers to deliver visually-rich applications. It complements existing native and browser based solutions by optimizing delivery to any connected device.
