The Rushmore Group, an owner and operator of three members’ bars and clubs in London, has raised £1m through crowdfunding website CrowdCube.
143 investors acquired a 10% stake in the company (see the pitch here).
The Rushmore Group intends to use the capital to fund future expansion plans.
Founded in October 2001 and majority owned by Director Jonathan Downey and three other shareholders, the company operates three members bars and clubs: the Player and Milk & Honey in Soho and Danger of Death on Brick Lane.
