The company is working with different angel investors and venture capitalists to secure capital to develop, roll-out, and expand the product.

Founded by San Diego entrepreneur Bill Lyons, Revestor uses a patent pending algorithm to compile data from an array of sources to generate key real estate indicators, allowing buyers or investors to search for residential properties in real-time via the web or a mobile app.
Features include the ability to analyze cap rates, cash flow, potential profits, etc.

The website, which is set to launch in San Diego on November 30th, 2011, is expected to be monetized through vendor advertising and premium subscriptions.
