Homeschool Snowboarding, a Portland, Oregon-based designer and manufacturer of breathable activewear apparel, has raised $25k from the Portland Seed Fund.
Co-founded by Daniel Clancy, formerly a designer with Columbia Sportswear, who has has been boarding in the Pacific Northwest for over 15 years, and Jevan Lautz, the company offers a full-line of base layer, middle wear and outerwear made from activated carbon from coconut shells.
Homeschool Snowboarding, which sells its products online and through retailers in the US, in Canada and Puerto Rico, is currently hiring sales reps (read here).
