The European Investment Fund (EIF) recently released a new working paper about the European business angel (BA) market.
The document, which was edited by EIF´s Research & Market Analysis (RMA), is called “Business Angels in Germany – EIF’s initiative to support the non-institutional financing market”.
It gives insights into the business angel market by introducing the concept of BA financing (first part) and analyzing the segment in Germany (second part).
According to the EIF, there is a significant excess demand for early stage financing and in the third and last part of the paper, it is explained how the EIF aims to support business angels.
