Delivery Agent, Inc., a provider of multi-channel commerce solutions for entertainment and sports, has raised $35.5m in Series E funding.
The round was led by Intel Capital, with participation from strategic investors, Liberty Global Ventures, and Grazia Equity and existing investors Bessemer Venture Partners.
This investment brings the total amount raised by the company to date to $107.3m.
Led by CEO Mike Fitzsimmons, Delivery Agent manages commerce for more than 40 global media partners and over 350 individual entertainment properties. Through its multi-channel commerce platform, which includes a proprietary transaction engine and contextual serving capabilities, the company serves clients including NBC Universal, Twentieth Century Fox, CBS, Discovery Communications, UFC, A&E Television Networks, HBO, Showtime, etc..
Delivery Agent intends to use the funds to expand both inside and outside of the US, especially in Germany and other European countries.
