Amsterdam and Brussels-based independent private equity investor Bencis Capital Partners B.V. has held a final closing for its fourth Benelux buyout fund at €408m.
Bencis Buyout Fund IV has been supported by existing investors, who subscribed for €340m, and a handful of new investors. The investor base of BBOF IV consists of pension funds, banks, fund-of-funds, asset managers, insurance companies and private individuals.
The fund will invest in Benelux-based profitable companies, with a strong management team, a solid track record and well positioned for further shareholder value creation.
Enterprise values should be between €25 and €250m.
