Fanzila, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based developer of social apps platform to upgrade Facebook pages, recently raised $1m in Series A venture capital funding.
The round was led by Blumberg Capital, which joined previous investors Dr. Yossi Vardi, Shlomo Nechama and the Haaretz Newspaper Group.
The company, which has offices in the US, UK, Germany, Australia and India, has launched a new suite of applications for Facebook pages.
Fanzila platform is a full content management system that makes it easy to add blogs, forums, competitions, wikis, videos, photos and other applications directly on Facebook pages. It also offers page administrators sophisticated business intelligence and advanced analytics.
Clients include MTV, Viacom, JWT, Y&R and other prominent agencies and brands.
Co-founded by VP R&D Jonathan Dortheimer and CPO Asaf Gendler. the company is led by CEO Sagi Gordon. Udi Broyer is CFO & COO.
