Enkata, a Redwood City, Calif.-based maker of cloud-based analytics software, has raised $4.4m in Series C financing.
Backers include new investor IT Farm Corporation, and current shareholders Apex, ComVentures, Sigma Partner, and CEO David Stamm.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its team and continue to develop its software.
Enkata offers a cloud-based customer experience analytics solution that provides customer-centric companies with visibility into the entire customer experience across each customer touchpoint — social, self-service, live assistance, and retail sales and service operations.
Customers include global brands in financial services, insurance, consumer services, health services, and retail industries.
