ConnectEDU, Inc., a Boston, MA-based provider of web-based college and career access solutions, has completed a $10m equity funding.
The round was led by Allen & Co., with participation from existing investors from the education, private equity and Internet industries.
The company intends to use the funds for continued expansion (In the last year, the company has opened offices in Hoboken, NJ and Austin, TX) and acquisition strategy.
Founded in 2002 by Chief Executive Officer Craig Powell, ConnectEDU, Inc. provides learners with web-based solutions to connect with colleges, and career opportunities.
