BigTime Software Raises Additional Funding in $2.7M Series A Round

BigTime Software, a Chicago, IL-based provider of SaaS productivity tools for professional services firms and licensed OEM partners, has raised an additional funding as a part of a Series A round which totals $2.7m.

Runa Capital Fund I has joined LTC Partners, Geneva Venture Investment Management, Hickory Grove and Howell Capital (read here).

The company intends to use the funding to expand its sales channel and marketing efforts.

Founded in 2002 by CEO Brian Saunders, BigTime Software  develops cloud-based productivity tools. It provides a customizable, browser-based interface for practice management that allows professional services firms to deploy and connect BigTime to existing back-office services.
OEM partners license the company’s technology as the critical component of their accounting and productivity suites.

BigTime is an Intuit Gold Certified Developer and a member of the Microsoft Partner Network and has users in the United States, Canada, UK and Australia.
