Shoes4you, a Brazilian fashion brand that sells collections through monthly online subscriptions, has completed a Series A financing of undisclosed amount.
The round was led by Redpoint Ventures, with participation from Accel Partners, Flybridge Capital Partners, Romero Rodrigues (CEO and co-founder of BuscaPé), IG Expansion and Fabrice Grinda (CEO and founder of OLX and co-founder of Shoes4you).
The funds will be used for the upcoming launch of the company in September.
Led by CEO and co-founder Olivier Grinda and Chief Merchandising Officer Priscilla Whitaker, Shoes4you will sell its brand exclusively online. The company has plans to launch 12 collections per year and hundreds of sub-collections.
In conjunction with the funding, Jeff Brody, Partner at Redpoint Ventures, will join the company’s Board of Directors.
