Farma Holding AS, an Oslo, Norway-based supplier of pharmaceutical products and services to pharmacy chains, hospitals and the pharmaceutical industry, has been acquired by Procuritas Capital Investors IV and the management team.
The acquisition, which will take place through a newly established Norwegian holding company, will enable the company to strengthen its financial position enabling it to reach their growth goals, expanding in the Swedish and other export markets.
Procuritas will become majority shareholder Farma, which is led by CEO Frode Lervik and Chairman Ralph Hibakk.
Founded in 1994, Farma Holding group has around 60 employees and a turnover of c. 300 MNOK.
