ClearSlide, a San Francisco, Calif.-based provider of a cloud-based sales communications platform for sales professionals, has received $11m in a Series A funding.
The round was led by Greylock Partners, with participation from existing investor Felicis Ventures.
Funded in 2009 and led by Al Lieb, and COO Jim Benton, the company provides a cloud-based centralized sales communications platform designed specifically to meet the communication needs of enterprise sales professionals.
Customers include Expedia, Rackspace and Dow Jones, among others.
ClearSide is now working on extending its product line, and plans to introduce additional advanced analytics and field sales products in the Fall.
