Aventura HQ, Inc., a Denver, CO-based clinical software company, has raised more than $13m in its first round of institutional venture funding.
The round was led by HLM Venture Partners and Excel Venture Management with participation from Siemens Venture Capital (SVC).
The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow.
Led by CEO Howard Diamond and CTO and founder Joe Jaudon, Aventura provides clinicians with a platform that unifies all clinical applications, computers and printers into a single rules-driven system available from any end point device in U.S. hospitals, outpatient facilities and large patient practices. The company’s software works in both virtual and non-virtual desktop environments.
