42matters, a Zurich, Switzerland-based mobile application developer, has received a seed funding of undisclosed amount.
Shareholders include Vienna, Austria-based Gamma Capital Partners, which made this investment through Gamma III fund, UCTec Beteiligungsgesellschaft, Christophe Maire and the company’s founders.
Led by Andrea Girardello, 42matters has developed and markets AppAware, a mobile app that allows users to discover new apps and share online installations, updates and removals of Android applications.
According to reports, the company plans to raise a Series A funding round during 2012.
