Wondershare Software Co., Ltd., a Shenzhen, China,-based software developer of Windows and Macintosh multimedia and business utility applications, has closed a second round financing of undisclosed amount with IDG Capital Partners.
The company intends to use the funding to continue to develop and market its software solutions for consumers and businesses worldwide.
Wondershare’s products range from video and DVD, training, and PDF tools and computer utilities.
Led by CEO Tobee Wu, the company has branch offices in the USA, Germany and Japan.
