Vserv, an Indian mobile advertising network focused on emerging markets, has closed a $3M Series A funding by IDG Ventures India.
The company intends to use the funds to expand sales and engineering teams to drive drive sales growth in India and internationally and further develop its monetization solutions for the global app developer community extend the offerings to Android Apps.
Led by Co-Founder and CEO Dippak Khurana, Vserv has developed an App Ad-Wrapper solution for J2ME Apps. The technology is designed to enable mobile app developers to maximize ad-earnings from their apps globally, and advertisers to leverage to better target the growing mobile audience.
It can support over 500 phone models.
