Intalio, Inc., a Palo Alto, CA-based provider of private cloud applications, has closed a new round of venture financing with VMware, Inc.
The company intends to use the capital to build out its portfolio of applications for enterprise private clouds.
Led by CEO Ismael Ghalimi, Intalio delivers an integrated solution that can be deployed on any cloud, and includes applications for Business Process Management (BPM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Enterprise Content Management (ECM), as well as online development tools.
New products that also leverage VMware platforms will be announced in late 2011.
The company operates 17 countries throughout the world and serves over 1,000 customers including Deutsche Bank, Mitsubishi, NTT, and Sabre.
