CopperEgg Raises $2M in Series A Funding

CopperEgg, Corp., an Austin, Texas-based provider of  real-time analytics solutions for cloud or storage systems, raised $2m in Series A funding.

The round was led by Silverton Partners.

In conjunction with the funding, the company added Kip McClanahan and Morgan Flager to its board of directors.

Led by software industry veteran CEO Scott Johnson, CopperEgg also announced the launch of RevealCloud™, a SaaS-based performance monitoring solution designed to help companies accelerate the delivery of applications and services across public and private clouds.
The company’s suite of real-time performance monitoring solutions already included RevealStorage™, launched earlier this year to help IT organizations optimize the efficiency of critical datacenter resources.
