W4, a Santa Monica, CA-based online performance ad market, received $10m in debt financing from Silicon Valley Bank.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow.
The Co-founded by CEO Jason Durant Walker, COO Abby Whitridge, and Wicks Walker, W4 operates an online advertising marketplace that provides result-based advertising solutions to advertisers, and traffic monetization opportunities to publishers though channels including search, ppc, display, social and email.
