Rally Software, a Boulder, CO-based provider of Agile application lifecycle management (ALM) solutions, has secured $20m in funding.
The round was led by Meritech Capital Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its organic and inorganic growth.
Led by CEO Tim Miller, Rally focuses on helping organizations embrace Agile and providing services, including training, guides companies through the organizational change required to become innovative, Agile businesses.
Rally’s products, including AgileZen, which provides an easy-to-use project management tool, currently support over 9,700 corporate customers and 112,000 users in over 100 countries.
