Iubenda srl, a Milan, Italy-based start up whose online service enables users to generate a Privacy Policy for their website (compulsory by law), has closed a $100k seed financing round.
The round was led by Digital Investments SCA SICAR, advised by dPixel, with participation from Andrea Di Camillo’s Boox, Marco Magnocavallo, founder of Blogo, and Stefano Bernardi.
The company, which has just released the beta version of its application, intends to use the funds to start its commercial activity, complete the software and plan its international growth..
Founded in February 2011 by Andrea Giannangelo (President), Domenico Vele, and Carlo Rossi Chauvenet, Iubenda is a web application that generates – simply and with no need for prior legal knowledge – the Privacy Policy of any website in compliance with the law.
