Ifeelgoods Raises $6.5M in Series A Funding

Ifeelgoods, a Menlo Park, California-based provider of digital goods incentives solutions, has raised $6.5m in Series A funding.

The round was led by Idinvest Partners, with participation from existing investor Tugboat Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to introduce new and innovative products and services and expand in international markets. Customers currently include 1-800-Flowers.com, Gap, Gamefly.com, Ice.com, Meijer, Shopping.com, FTD and La Redoute.

Launched in September 2010, Ifeelgoods allows brands to power their promotions with digital currencies (Facebook Credits) from popular social games in place of traditional promotions such as discounts, coupon codes or gifts. The company’s solution, rather than seeing a typical offer such as “spend $50 and receive a $5 coupon” allows customers see an offer of, for example, 20 free credits for their favorite social game and apps if they spend $50.

Led by co-founder and CEO Michael Amar, Ifeelgoods has locations in McLean, Virginia, and Paris, France.
