Proformative, a Silicon Valley, CA-based online resource for corporate finance executives, closed a $1.1m Series A funding.
The round was led by Bullpen Capital and Mike Maples of Floodgate.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its expansion as an online resource where corporate finance, accounting, treasury and related professionals can find valuable free resources and tools, relevant news and information, and a community of their peers and subject matter experts.
According to a written statement, Proformative offers a professional community with more than 350,000 members, 70% of whom hold titles of Director, Vice President or C-Level Executives.
Founded in 2009, the company is led by CEO John Kogan.
