GoWireless, Inc., a Las Vegas, Nevada-based Verizon Wireless reseller, has received a credity facility of undisclosed amount from Kayne Anderson Mezzanine Partners, L.P.
GoWireless intends to use the funds to grow organically and through acquisitions to expand its national footprint of 365 retail locations.
Following the transaction, GoWireless’ management team, which is led by CEO Kevin Elder, will remain in place.
Established in 1995, the company is one of the leading retailers of wireless communication tools across the United States.
