FrancEnergies Group, a French provider of advice and assistance to private individuals, professionals and local government on energy projects, has received a private equity investment of undisclosed amount from AXA Private Equity.
Following the transaction, AXA will own a 30% stake in the company and will support its efforts to further cement its presence across the country.
Based in the Rhône-Alpes region and led by co-founders and managers Arnaud Courtois and Denis Gourjux, FrancEnergies Group provides its services, ranging from photovoltaic to heat pumps heat by way of geothermal and insulation, through a network of shops and branches on energy projects.
