Contech Systems, a Palos Heights, Illinois-based provider of Warehouse Control System, DataManager™, has received a strategic investment of undisclosed amount from enterprise and supply chain consulting services firm enVista.
Commenting on the transaction, Contech Systems’ President Michael Newman said: “Our alignment with enVista will enable us to expand our reach and ability to support companies’ supply chain strategies with supporting WCS technology”.
The company’s system, which is designed to help companies better manage and control processes and systems within their warehouse and distribution centers, is in use in more than 150 U.S. distribution centers (DCs).
Following the investment, enVista will resell the system under the name, enMotion.
