Bread Ltd, a London, UK-based artisan baker, has received a private equity investment of undisclosed amount from Risk Capital Partners LLP.
The investment, which has made in conjunction with the company’s management and founders of GAIL’s, will support Bread’s next phase of growth.
Through its subsidiary The Bread Factory, the company supplies a broad range of handmade breads, viennoisserie and cakes to restaurants, hotels and contract caterers. The group also includes GAIL’s, a retail bakery and cafe, which has eight bakeries in London.
Established in 1992, Bread is led by CEO Tom Molnar.
