Advicenna Pharma SA, a Castries, France- based biopharmaceutical company dedicated to paediatrics, has raised €5.1m in funding.
The round was led by InnoBio (€3m), managed by CDC Enterprises, with participation from Ixo Private Equity (€1.25m) and other existing investors.
The company focuses on development and marketing of paediatric products adressed to neurological diseases and nephrological disorders. It intends to use the funds to advance clinically and enroll its first products.
Founded in 2007, Advicenna Pharma is led by Luc André Granier ann Mme Caroline Roussel-Maupetit. In the same year, the company raised its first round of funding.
