Activation Media, a New York-based developer of an interactive entertainment platform, closed a seed funding of undisclosed amount from a group of private investors.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to develop its platform.
Founded by former Time Warner executive Rohit Pursram, CEO, and producer, former Warner Bros executive and serial media entrepreneur Stephan Galfas, Activation Media also added industry leaders David Bergantino, Sebastian Hassinger, and Dr. Alison Bryant.
