Totalpost Services Receives £150K Loan from FW Capital

Totalpost Services plc, an Alston, UK-based complete mailroom services supplier, has received a  £150,000 loan from FW Capital.

The company intends to use these financial resources, coming from the North West Fund for Business Loans, to purchase a new production line used for recycling and refilling franking machine cartridges as well as to complete its Warrington disaster recovery and business continuity centre.

As explained by Managing Director David Hymers, Totalpost, which already provides blue-chip companies, banks and government departments in the UK with postal and other office equipment, now plans to enter new markets in Europe as well as to grow existing UK and US operations.

The company currently operates from three UK centres and also supplies companies in more than 18 countries.
Its disaster recovery and business continuity centres in Warrington and Swindon offer mail sorting and opening services, outgoing mail fulfilment, returned and ‘gone away’ mail, document scanning and storage.

Totalpost also operates a mailroom services business in the US and is currently looking to set up similar operations in France and Germany.

Ccustomers include AXA, Carillion and Lloyds TSB, the Ministry of Defence, HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and the NHS, financial institutions, facilities contractors and utility companies blue chip and SME companies.
