Techni-Lite Systems, Inc., a Peterborough, Ontario-based manufacturer of lighting systems and illuminated sign boxes using both T5 fluorescent lighting and LEDs, has been acquired by Lynx Equity Limited.
Founded in 1992, Techni-Lite produces lighting systems that are used extensively by store fixture manufacturers and in signage products.
Lynx Equity Limited, a Canadian-based manager of private equity funds that invest in mid market companies, acquired Techni-Lite for an unidsclosed sum.
