ServiceFrame Receives €950K Investment

ServiceFrame Limited, a Dublin, EIRE-based Outsourcing Relationship Management specialist, recently received a €950k investment.
The round was led by the Bank of Ireland Seed and Early Stage Equity Fund, which committed €450k, with participation from Enterprise Ireland and members of the company’s executive team.
ServiceFrame intends to use the funds to further grow in the UK and US markets through recruitment of sales and technical staff over the next six months.
Established in 2009 and led by CEO and co-founder Traoloch Collins, the company has developed a technology that is designed to enable companies globally to effectively evaluate, manage and govern their strategic outsourcing environments. The ServiceFrame governance tool is currently being used by clients such as Ericsson, Royal Sun Alliance and Warner Music.
