MConcierge Systems, Inc., a Montreal, Canada-based a mobile-to-web software solution provider for the hospitality industry, has closed a financing round of undisclosed amount.
Backers include Real Ventures, Montreal Start Up, Palos Capital and Positron Inc.
The company intends to use the funds to support further feature introductions to its Guest Relationship Management product, which allows hotels to serve their guests through a task management, content management and ordering system that integrates into existing IT infrastructures, PMS and other third party software. The product provides software tools that enable hospitality brands to profile their clients through all stages of travel.
As stated by CEO Anthony Zebrowski-Rubin, MConcierge also plans to expand its sales, support and marketing efforts.
The company’s products also include MConcierge, a mobile application that is designed to provide hotel guests the ability to obtain services provided by a hotel concierge on their mobile phones, and to offer a custom directory of local travel information such as restaurants and shops directly on their mobile devices. The system also gives the ability to make reservations at hotels, restaurants, show tickets, and car rentals from their handheld devices.
The company was founded in 2010.
