Digital Lumens Secures $10m in Equity and Debt Financing

Digital Lumens, a Boston, MA-based developer of LED-based Intelligent Lighting Systems, has secured $10m in Series B funding and a new working capital line of credit.

Existing investors Black Coral Capital, Flybridge Capital Partners, and Stata Venture Partners participated in the round bringing total funds raised by the company to $25m.
Silicon Valley Bank is providing the working capital line of credit.
Digital Lumens plans to use the capital to expand sales and distribution internationally, further product development.
Led by President and CEO Tom Pincince, the company develops the an Intelligent Lighting System that integrates LEDs, controls, networking and reporting into a single solution, which is designed to transform lighting into a managed asset for large warehouses, manufacturing and other industrial facilities.
Customers include Americold, United States Cold Storage, Maines Paper and Food Service and others.
