The CCS Group, a Lyss (Berne), Switzerland-based outsourcing company for electronic engineering and manufacturing services, has received a majority investment from Zurmont Madison Private Equity as part of a succession agreement.
The proceeds from the investment will support the company, which currently has production sites in Switzerland, Sri Lanka and China, to implement a globally oriented buy-and-build strategy.
As a result of the transaction, CCS founder Stephan Schindler and the management team under CEO
Thomas Kaiser will hold minority shareholdings.
