Britton Flexibles Ltd, a Winsford, UK–based provider of flexible packaging solutions, has been acquired by affiliated of Sun European Partners from the Direct Principal Investments division of HSBC.
The investment will support the company in further enhancing its market position within the global packaging market.
With extrusion, printing, lamination, and conversion capabilities, the Britton Group provides its solutions in the UK. Products include cereal liner film, printed shrink wrap film and banking coin bags, which are produced at three facilities in Northern England (Winsford, Louth, and Hartlepool).
Led by CEO Mike Clark, company has customers across a number of sectors including consumer goods, banking, healthcare, construction and technology.
