Aristotle Circle, Inc., a New York-based expert network for admissions, closed a $2m Series B funding.
The round was led by Rho Ventures, which joined prominent angel investors including Gerson Lehrman, Michael Yavonditte, Geoff Judge, Josh Stylman, and Jeff Stewart.
The company intends to use the capital to further advance its online technology as well as extend sales efforts globally.
Led by CEO and Founder Suzanne Rheault, Aristotle Circle leverages a matchmaking model to connect applicants with education and experts and enable families to obtain much needed guidance to successfully navigate all aspects of the education and admissions processes.
The company offers services ranging from pre-K to graduate school. Its network includes more than 250 admissions professionals, guidance counselors, school administrators, financial aid advisors, and child development experts, who currently serve over 1000 clients in 30 states and 15 countries.
