AdXpose (formely known as Mpire), a Seattle, WA-based provider of digital advertising analytics solutions, has raised $3m in capital.
The round was led by existing investor Draper Fisher Jurvetson.
This funding will help the company scale up operations, including hiring staff and opening new offices.
AdXpose has also elevated President and Chief Revenue Officer Kirby Winfield to CEO, and that Senior Vice President of Strategic Development Ryan Polley will assume the newly created position of COO. As part of the move, Winfield will join the company’s board of directors.
Founded in 2005, the company provides a SaaS-based ad display verification and optimization service that captures actionable optimization metrics and helps customers advertiser and publishers measure ad effectiveness and realize increased ROI.
In 2010, AdXpose signed more than 100 new customers, including top ad networks Adconion and interclick, leading platforms AdMeld, ContextWeb and MediaMath, major publishers United Online and Cox, and subsidiaries of all 5 major agency holding companies.
The company has offices in San Francisco and New York City.
