North Plains, LLC, a Toronto, Canada-based provider od Digital Asset Management solutions, has received a growth inesment of undisclosed amount from Accel-KKR.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand and further capitalize the business.
In conjunction with the financing, Hassan Kotob, Executive Chairman at North Plains will assume the role of Executive Chairman; Aruna Chandra will become CEO.
Founded in 1994, the company provides software and services that are designed to help companies shift from content management to digital supply chains and multi-channel publishing processes.
