Completion Industrial Minerals, a Marshfield, Wisconsin-based holder of high quality silica sand reserves, has received an investment of undisclosed amount from Resilience Capital Partners.
The company is completing the build out of its processing and distribution infrastructure to produce and provide silica sand from its reserves for utilization as a fracturing sand for the energy market.
The silica sand will be produced to meet API specifications for utilization as a fracturing sand for gas and oil wells.
Resilience Capital Partners is a Cleveland, Ohio-based private equity firm that invests in lower middle market companies in a broad range of industries. Since its inception in 2001, Resilience has acquired 21 companies with total revenue in excess of $1.5bn.
