BaseKit, a London, UK-based company that operates a code free websites builder, has raised $6.5m in equity funding.

Investors include Nauta Capital, Eden Ventures, and NESTA.
The company intends to use the new funds to improve the service and open new offices in Barcelona, Sao Paolo, Mexico DF, Buenos Aires and San Francisco.
Founded in 2008 and led by CEO Juan Lobato, BaseKit enables designers to create websites without the need to write HTML/CSS.
