MediaMorph LLC, a New York City-based global provider of cross-platform media tracking and business management services, has raised an additional $2m from new and existing private investors.
The funding brings the total capital raised by the company to date to $3.5m.
MediaMorph has also entered into a strategic relationship with United Talent Agency, an entertainment industry’s premier talent and literary agency, for business development and growth opportunities.
Founded in 2007 and led by CEO Mike Sid, the company provides Software-as-a-Service tools and solutions for cross-platform content distribution management, optimization and monetization.
Its integrated modules allow media companies to sell, program, distribute, track, analyze, optimize and monetize all types of content globally across all types of business models and all platforms.
Current clients include E!/G4/Style Networks, HBO, Sony Pictures, and Warner Bros.
MediaMorph has offices in Los Angeles and London.
