Hetras, a Zell am See, Austria-based hotel management software developer, has closed a Series B “multi-million” Euros round of funding.
The round was led by Scottish Equity Partners (SEP), with participation from Target Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to further enhance its product and to roll it out in international markets.
Founded in 2007 by Michael Heinze, Hetras is an integrated software as a service (SaaS) with core functions including reservations and guest profiles.
In addition to Mr. Heinze, the company’s management team includes Keith Gruen, co-founder of Fidelio Software and Uli Pillau, former Managing Director of IDeaS, market leader in hotel revenue management.
