Valldata Receives £6.5M Investment from ISIS

Valldata, a Bowerhill, Melksham, UK-based provider of outsourced donation processing and fulfilment services for the not-for-profit market, has received a £6.5m investment from ISIS.
The transaction enables the Management Buyout of the business from private vendors by existing shareholders Hamish Horton, CEO, and Martin Kirk, COO.
Following the deal, the management team will own approximately 60% equity.
Valldata helps charities manage and deliver fund-raising campaigns. It uses its technology and IT systems to handle large volumes of transactions covering paper based donations, donations via telephone and on-line services.
Clients include over 50 of the largest UK charities.
As stated by Mr. Horton the support from ISIS will enable Valldata to grow organically and through acquisitions.
