Eliassen Group, a Wakefield, MA-based technology staffing and clinical data management consulting firm, has received a majority equity investment of undisclosed amount from Riverside Partners.
Founded in 1989 and led by CEO Dave MacKeen, the company is composed of two divisions:
– Technology Recruiting, which provides IT and software professionals to a blue chip group of clients across a range of industries, including healthcare, biopharmaceutical, financial services, government, education, manufacturing and software development.
– eClinical Solutions, which specializes in providing data management services, EDC services, statistical programming, training, reporting, and strategic consulting solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies.
Riverside Partners will work with the company to develop a strategic plan to grow the business and enhance their capabilities. Eliassen Group today has an active headcount of over 600, with five additional offices along the east coast.
