Xenon Arc Inc., a Bellevue, WA-based company focused on building a portfolio of technology enabled business process solutions for industrial producers, has closed a $15m round of financing.
The investment was made by private equity firm Weston Presidio .
In conjunction with the financing, Sean Honey, Josh McDowell, and David Ferguson of Weston Presidio will join Xenon Arc’s board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds to complete the commercial launch of their initial business offering, add top quality professionals, and expand their client roster globally.
The company, which was founded in September of 2010 by President and CEO Chad Steigers, Adeline Honnas, Edward Lux, and Chris Jardine, is developing highly integrated software solutions that are designed to increase both the effectiveness and efficiency of customer facing business processes in a wide range of business-to-business applications.
Currently working out of incubator space in Bellevue, WA, Xenon Arc is finalizing the lease for its initial headquarters facility located in the Downtown Bellevue Core district.
The company is a registered participant in the Microsoft BizSpark Startup program.
