Site Intelligence, Ltd, an Oxford, UK-based software company which helps organisations to analyze customer interactions across different channels such as online, shops and call centres, has received an equity invesment of undisclosed amount from Oxford Capital Partners.
The company’s board of directors recently appointed Peter Ryan as CEO. Mr. Ryan, who had joined the firm as a board director in May 2010, will lead Site Intelligence through expansion plans that include entry into the North American market, adoption of a greater client-focused operating strategy, and accelerated investment in its research and development portfolio.
The company has offices in Philadelphia, USA, and Sydney, Australia.
